Those guys at Monkey have recently won Men’s Health Magazine Best Protein for their no junk Primal 26 (the rebranded UltraMass), which has confirmed the evangelising of some of our Factory Troopers that won’t touch another protein since going ape.

Factory Fitness Test
That time again… The 10 week cycle of The Factory ends in a fitness test. Designed to test all areas of your training and body and to gauge how much you have progressed from the endurance, strength, power and mobility sessions in the preceding 9 weeks. You only battle yourself and your previous scores. All the test are replicable so the change in performance is solely down to you and your effort. Good luck.

Average Improvement in 6 weeks Training at Pain Factory
We all know you guys work hard in the sessions, and here’s the proof. Below are the average scores from a Fitness Test at the Factory and again at the next test 6 weeks later (we have a Fitness Test every 6 weeks that hits the whole body and major movements that last for 15 minutes, you have to have some endurance just to get through it).
Remember this is just the average of 10 individual scores, some of you are hitting much bigger improvements.
Keep working hard, and you will keep improving until you are a smooth running human machine!
