Combining Fitness with Martial Arts, Pain Factory sessions utilise the whole body, with exercises specific to the movements and skills required for styles such as Kickboxing, BJJ, Boxing, Judo, Kung Fu, Karate, Wrestling and more.
No Martial Arts experience is required and the classes do not involve any sparring.
